Whip up a few of our favorite coffee concoction!
Café Latte

In Italian, this simply means Espresso with Milk ("Latte").

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 dark roasted coffee pod, fresh brewed dark roasted or espresso coffee grounds
• 2 oz. whole milk
PREPARATION:
1. Add the coffee pod to the Single Serve Insert, select the "Iced" setting and the 8oz setting to brew a strong cup of coffee.
2. Warm up the milk in a microwave or in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until the milk begins to steam. Do not scorch the milk. This is "steaming" the milk.
3. Use a frother to create a frothy milk for the coffee.
4. Using a spoon to stop the frothy foam from entering the cup, carefully pour the foamy, steamed milk over the coffee. Spoon a couple tablespoons of the foam on top of the coffee.

TIP: You can add a tablespoon of your favorite coffee flavor (i.e... chocolate, caramel) for a flavored Latte or dust the top of the foam with cinnamon or another spice of your choosing.
Cappuccino

Typically smaller in volume than a Café Latte, with a thicker layer of microfoam.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 dark roasted coffee pod, fresh brewed dark roasted or espresso coffee grounds
• 4 oz. whole milk
• Cocoa, cinnamon and/or nutmeg powder to garnish (optional)
PREPARATION:
1. Add the coffee pod to the Single Serve Insert, select the "Iced" setting and the 8oz setting to brew a strong cup of coffee.
2. Warm up the milk in a microwave or in a small sauce pan over medium-low heat until the milk begins to steam. Do not scorch the milk. This is "steaming" the milk.
3. Use a frother to create a frothy milk for the coffee. Froth until it doubles in size.
4. Using a spoon to stop the frothy foam from entering the cup, carefully pour the foamy, steamed milk over the coffee. Spoon a couple tablespoons of the foam on top of the coffee.
5. Garnish with cocoa, cinnamon or nutmeg or any other spice of your choosing (optional).
Irish Cream Coffee

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 oz Irish cream Liqueur
• 1 coffee pod
• Whipped cream
PREPARATION:
1. Add the sugar and Irish cream liqueur to a coffee cup.
2. Add the coffee pod to the Single Serve Insert, select the "Regular", "Bold" or "Iced" setting, depending on your preference, and the 8oz setting to brew the coffee into the sugar and Liqueur coffee cup. Note, choosing "Iced" will only brew a 4oz portion.
3. Stir and top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.

TIP: You can use Irish cream creamer in place of the liqueur for a non-alcoholic coffee drink.
Ginger Bread Coffee

INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup molasses
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 6 cups hot brewed coffee
• 1 cup half-and-half cream
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 1/2 cups sweetened whipped cream
PREPARATION:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the molasses, brown sugar, baking soda, ginger and cinnamon until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 min.
2. Add about a 1/4 cup of coffee to each cup, then stir in about a tablespoon of the spice mixture until dissolved. Fill cup to within an inch of the top with coffee. Stir in half & half to taste, then garnish with whipped cream and a light dusting of cloves.
Pumpkin Spice Coffee

PUMPKIN SPICE INGREDIENTS:
• 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
PREPARATION:
1. Combine all pumpkin spice ingredients together and store in a lidded jar; set aside.
2. In a small bowl, add 4 scoop of your favorite coffee grounds.
3. Add about 1 scoop of the prepared pumpkin spice mix to the bowl and stir to combine.
4. Transfer prepared coffee grounds to the Custom Brew Insert.
5. Select the “Regular”, “Bold” or “Iced” setting, depending on your preference, and the Full Carafe setting to brew a full carafe of the pumpkin spice coffee.
6. Serve with your favorite toppings for a delicious treat.

Tip: If you want to brew a half carafe, cut the amount of coffee grounds and pumpkin spice mix in half.
Mocha Frappe

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 coffee pod
• 1/4 T cocoa powder, unsweetened
• 1/2 t sugar
• 2 T whole milk
• 1/2 C vanilla ice cream
• Whipped cream (garnish)
• Chocolate shavings (garnish)
PREPARATION:
1. Add the coffee pod to the Single Serve Insert, select the "Regular", "Bold" or "Iced" setting, depending on your preference, and the 8oz setting to brew a cup of coffee. Note, the Iced setting will brew a 4oz portion. Allow the coffee to cool to room temperature.
2. Once cooled, add the cooled coffee, cocoa powder, sugar and milk to a blender and blend on high until well blended.
3. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth.
4. Top with garnish (optional) and serve.
Iced Salted Caramel Mocha Coffee

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 medium roast coffee pod
• Ice
• Salted caramel mocha coffee creamer
•  Whipped cream (garnish)
• Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
PREPARATION:
1. Add the coffee pod to the Single Serve Insert, select the "Regular", "Bold" or "Iced" setting, depending on your preference, and the 8oz setting to brew a cup of coffee. Note, the Iced setting will brew a 4oz portion. Either allow the coffee to cool to room temperature or place the coffee in the refrigerator to cool.
2. Once cooled, fill a glass with ice, add the salted caramel coffee creamer and cold coffee.
3. Stir to combine. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
Iced Vanilla Bean Coffee

INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 carafe brewed coffee
• 4 vanilla beans, split lengthwise
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup sugar
• Ice cubes for serving
PREPARATION:
1. Add your favorite coffee grounds to the Custom Brew Insert, select the "Regular"or "Bold" setting, depending on your preference, and brew a half carafe of coffee. Either allow the coffee to cool to room temperature or place the coffee in the refrigerator to cool.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine vanilla beans, milk and sugar and bring to a simmer. Once simmering remove from heat and allow to steep for 20 minutes.
3. Add ice to a glass and pour the cold coffee in, filling to within 1-inch of the rim. Top with 1/4 cup of the prepared vanilla milk. Mix and serve.
